Dear Glenn & Joan:
I just wanted to pass on some very good news. Your persistence in constantly positioning
your clientele (me!) to achieve optimum exposure on all the search engines is beginning to
pay off handsomely! I have been a client of yours for seven months and I will admit,
initial results were sporadic. Being a computer novice and an Internet "rookie",
I expected my modest web site to show up one month and "explode" the next.
However, thanks to your educational "hand-holding", I learned that in reality,
"patience is a virtue" and "persistence" ultimately yields
"success".
I know that a site will experience a lot of "hits", but it's the serious
inquiries that yield the results. I don't review my search engine results regularly
because I am only concerned with the numbers relative to potential clients who actually
"request" information. Since the middle of November, I have "averaged"
a serious "inquiry" complete with phone numbers every other day! When I compute
the average price range they are looking for, these clients represent close to two million
dollars in potential sales!
I cannot thank you all enough for this windfall, which will increase my business over
thirty percent in 1999.

Dear Glenn,
You are a GENIUS!!!! Secretly, I never thought you could ever get me on first pages [of
the search engine results] in Phoenix. Now, I don't know how to use the internet
very well (understatement) because the learning curve requires time I don't have.
But, this morning I typed in "Phoenix real estate" on the regular AOL find and
Home Finders came up twice on the first page - slots 4 + 6. Unbelievable.

I have had a web page of my own for a couple of years plus profiles on
realtor.com, coldwellbanker.com, military real estate network (mren.com), and fsbo.com.
All of these have produced clients, some I was able to develop better than others but they
all took several months to a year to start paying off.
Within 2 months of activating my page with you, I had 2 clients which resulted in
sales--one for $275,000 and the other for $650,000. Thank you very much to the whole group
at GAW Associates!!! It certainly helps also that you are easy to work with, anticipating
my questions with solutions before I ask.

I had someone suggest to me
that the first thing someone does when they are going to transfer is to get on the net to
look for anythiing about the area they are going to..Now ..I 've been a Realtor for a long
time but rather new to internet advertising..so I started looking around the best I knew
how and then...I don't remember how but I found Glenn at GAW Associates ....and I am sure
thankful I did .....At first my site got just a trickle ....but the hard work they, GAW
Associates, have been doing is definitely working because of the responses I am receiving
on a daily basis....good quality upscale consumers...not time wasters.....
As far as the cost, I have checked with other sources since I joined the network and
nothing can beat the prices and the service I have received .....thanks guys and girls...

Having been in real estate for almost 20 years now, I realize what an important
role that tehnology has in our business. Our competition is advancing rapidly and we must
be on the cutting edge to stay successful. As in any business we must turn to those who
specialize in their field, especially when it comes to technology. We simply cannot do our
business well and also stay on top of the technology end too.
I have been a part of a large office website for almost 2 years and have found that it brought only 2 leads that did not work out. I knew something was wrong. So I started studying website managing and found out how complex it is. Even though my office website is not bringing me leads, and I am paying a fee monthly for it, I looked around to find a better solution to increase my business. That is when I found GAW Associates.
